Re-manufacturing Process
We specialize in premium,
re-manufactured equipment.
Re-manufacturing is not something we do
on the side, 98% of our equipment
sold is re-manufactured. Our main
focus is to save our customers money on
their office needs and still deliver the
highest quality re-manufactured machine
available anywhere. At Allelujah Business
Systems, Inc., we personally hand select
each copier from repossessed and demo
equipment in the United States. The
machines have at least 85% of its design
life remaining. Most of the equipment
selected have less then 6 months of use.
All features on the machine must run
smoothly, completely and the appearance
of the machine much be clean and without
blemish. Less then 2% of the
machines available pass our initial
screening.

start with a premium used machine.
After the initial screening process, we now
start our re-manufacturing process. The
machine is completely stripped to the
frame. All components and drive systems
are removed. We replace all wearing parts
and reinstall components and drive systems
to bring the machine back to as new
condition. The equipment enters the final
inspection stage, which includes a high
copy volume run to grade performance.
We set all copy quality standards to original
manufacturers specifications then we do a
visual check to make sure it looks as new
as it runs. We also back it with double the
manufacturers warranty. The original
meter is left in the machine. This way you
know exactly how many copies are on
your machine prior to re-manufacturing. I
would never personally buy a machine not
knowing what the original copy count was,
prior to the re-manufacturing process.
